My work began with my own frustration. I believed the answer was simple: more discipline meant lasting results. I tried restrictive diets and pushed myself to change, and I lost 25 kilograms in six months. From the outside, it looked like success. Behind it, I had lost muscle, my energy was low, and I lived in constant fear of undoing my hard work. When the weight returned, I was back in the same cycle: starting again, blaming myself, wondering why knowing what to do wasn't enough to change my behaviour.Why do so many women know what they should do, yet keep repeating the same patterns? I became determined to find the missing piece, studying the connection between behaviour, stress, hormones, healthy ageing, and the factors that shape our daily choices. The biggest shift came when I experienced Neuro Transformation Therapy® firsthand. Many women already know the basics of healthy living. Yet old patterns take over anyway: emotional eating, self-sabotage, losing motivation, returning to behaviours they thought they'd already changed.NTT showed me the powerful role subconscious beliefs, emotional patterns, and automatic responses play in shaping our decisions. It was the missing piece in understanding why so many women struggle to maintain changes they genuinely want to make, and it changed the direction of my career.Today, I am a certified Neuro Transformation Therapy® Practitioner helping women over 35 understand and change the subconscious patterns that keep them stuck in cycles of emotional eating, self-sabotage, and repeated attempts at change.
