We gather the key moments that shaped your relationship with food and your body -- and use them to set the foundation for everything that follows.

Before anything can change, we need to understand what we're really working with.

By the end of Session 1, you'll have:

Now we get specific about what's triggering the cycle.

  • Initial lifestyle tasks to begin building momentum right away

Session 2 -- Behaviour & Pattern Mapping

This session identifies the exact emotions, triggers, life events, and beliefs connected to your overeating or weight gain. We clarify your values and what genuinely matters to you -- then align your goals to that. You'll also receive your first lifestyle tasking to begin shifting things between sessions.

Session 2 -- Behaviour & Pattern Mapping

This session identifies the exact emotions, triggers, life events, and beliefs connected to your overeating or weight gain. We clarify your values and what genuinely matters to you -- then align your goals to that. You'll also receive your first lifestyle tasking to begin shifting things between sessions.

Now we get specific about what's triggering the cycle.

By the end of Session 2, you'll have:

  • A mapped picture of your triggers and emotional eating patterns

  • Clarity on your values, commitments, and what change means for your life

  • Initial lifestyle tasks to begin building momentum right away

INTERVENTION -- PART 1

Session 3 -- Emotional Clearing (Part 1)

Using Timeline Transformation Therapy, we start releasing the major negative emotions stored from your past -- the ones that have been quietly showing up in your relationship with food, your body, and yourself. You'll understand the framework behind this work, and you'll begin to feel the difference as those old emotional charges start to lift.

This is where the real shift begins.

In this module, you will:

  • A clear understanding of how TLTT works and why it's effective

  • Begun releasing the root emotional weight that's been driving your habits

  • A tangible sense of emotional lightness you may not have felt in years

We clear what's left -- then go deeper.

By the end of Session 4, you'll have:

  • Completed the emotional clearing process

  • Begun removing the core limiting beliefs around your weight and identity

  • A set of personalised rituals to anchor your progress between sessions

INTERVENTION -- PART 2

Session 4 -- Emotional Clearing (Part 2) + Belief Work

Any remaining negative emotions are released, and we begin dismantling the limiting beliefs that have told you change isn't possible, that you're not capable, or that this is just how your body is. You'll also receive rituals and supportive behaviours to reinforce the shifts happening inside.

INTERVENTION -- PART 2

Session 4 -- Emotional Clearing (Part 2) + Belief Work

Any remaining negative emotions are released, and we begin dismantling the limiting beliefs that have told you change isn't possible, that you're not capable, or that this is just how your body is. You'll also receive rituals and supportive behaviours to reinforce the shifts happening inside.

We clear what's left -- then go deeper.

By the end of Session 4, you'll have:

  • Completed the emotional clearing process

  • Begun removing the core limiting beliefs around your weight and identity

  • A set of personalised rituals to anchor your progress between sessions

INTERVENTION -- PART 3

Session 5 -- Belief Clearing + Identity Upgrade

We finish clearing the limiting beliefs -- then use powerful NLP techniques to dissolve unwanted associations with food and replace them with something new. Your self-worth gets reinforced at a deep level, and we add further tasking and rituals to lock in the emerging version of you.

By the end of Session 5, you'll have:
