Hi everyone, I wanted to take a moment to share something personal with you. I’m on a journey of transformation, and I truly believe my story can help others see what’s possible when you choose yourself.
A few years ago, I was living a very different life. I was mostly inactive, constantly tired, and struggling with my health. I had been diagnosed with high blood pressure, and I was also dealing with back issues along with the early signs of hormonal changes, including perimenopause and menopause. I remember feeling scared, frustrated, and unsure where to even begin.
But deep down, I knew I didn’t want to stay stuck. I wanted to reclaim my health, my energy, and my confidence—and I wanted to inspire others to do the same.
At the time, life felt heavy. Every day came with low energy, self-doubt, and the fear that I might not be able to change. Even small tasks felt exhausting, and I often worried about my long-term health. It was easy to feel defeated, invisible, and unsure if transformation was even possible.
What changed for me was realizing that transformation doesn’t happen by wishing for it—it happens step by step, with intention and consistency.
I began going to the gym, even on the days when motivation wasn’t there. I learned how to adapt around my back issues, honor my body, and move safely while still challenging myself to grow stronger. Along the way, I discovered that I am capable of doing hard things, and that real transformation builds not just the body, but also a strong and resilient mindset.
I started creating space to truly listen to my body and respect its needs. I began to see movement as something joyful rather than a form of punishment. Most importantly, I focused on making small, consistent changes that added up over time, and I shifted my mindset from “I can’t” to “I am capable of change.”
Through this journey, I came to understand that transformation is just as much about healing the mind and heart as it is about changing the body—even while navigating challenges like back pain and hormonal shifts.
Over time, I lost 25 kilos, became more active and fit, and fully reclaimed my health and energy. But the most meaningful part of this transformation isn’t just the number on the scale—it’s the confidence, resilience, and self-trust I’ve built along the way.
This experience inspired me to step into a new path as a Neuro Transformation Therapy Coach and Practitioner, so I can support others in finding their own strength, health, and confidence—one step at a time.
